RETURN POLICY
All Lemotrack products go through fully tests and strict quality control before shipping out. If you're not satisfied with our products, you can return it to claim a replacement or refund with the following limitations:
■ Please contact us within 3 days of delivery to claim for return or refund.
■ Labor and shipping are not refundable. Shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
■ Refund will be processed after the returned items received in original condition.
■ If your package arrives damaged please contact us immediately with photographs clearly showing the circumstance so that we can promptly process for your return or replacement.
■ Please contact Yoeleo in advance for any claims for returns. Returns without advanced notification will not be accepted.
